About Us

Brattle Street Review is a privately funded journal that was created to help promising young writers develop their craft. The journal staff is comprised of volunteers from the Harvard community and all published content is original work created by students and alumni of Harvard University. We are proud to offer students an avenue to get their creative works out to the world.

We are thrilled to announce that, in cooperation with the Harvard Library, all content published by Brattle Street Review, including submitted stories, poems, photography, and artwork, will be archived in the Harvard University Archives, located in the Pusey Library within Harvard Yard. The Harvard University Archives is the primary repository for the documentation of almost 400 years of Harvard’s intellectual, cultural, social, religious, and administrative history.

Although BSR exclusively publishes content created by Harvard University students and alumni, BSR is in no way endorsed by the University or any of its affiliates.
